After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The number of days posted on our website are Business Days and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
The first delivery day begins the day after the shipping carrier has picked up the package from our warehouse & has checked it into their system. The day when the order is placed does not count as the first day.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
